• ₹50 shipping charge on orders below ₹999.
• 5% discount on all prepaid orders.
• ₹100 handling fee applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Standard Processing

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
• Estimated delivery time: 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Peak Periods

During sale events, product launches, or public holidays, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience while we ensure every order passes through our quality checks.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link and number will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. You can use this to track your shipment through our delivery partners until it reaches you.

At Yepperz, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we
offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product and promotion eligibility.
• Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, or digital wallet).
• COD orders: Refunds will be issued as Yepperz Wallet credits to support our bootstrapped operations and reinvest in product quality.
• A ₹50 return pickup fee will be deducted from the final refund amount to cover reverse logistics costs.

Important Guidelines

• Please do not accept the package if the outer packaging appears tampered, opened, or damaged.
• Report defective, incorrect, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery by emailing at yepperz.lyfstyl@gmail.com.
• A clear unboxing video is strongly recommended to validate claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• Orders placed during sale or promotional offers are eligible for exchange only.
