01. Orders
How do I check my order status?
Log in and go to Track Order / My Orders.
You’ll also get updates via SMS/email with a tracking link once shipped.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
You’ll see a confirmation page after checkout.
We’ll also send you a confirmation via SMS/email.
Why is my order not shipped yet?
We take time to quality-check every product.
Processing usually takes up to 2 working days — hang tight!
What are the delivery charges?
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- ₹50 shipping fee below ₹999
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — but only before it’s shipped. Reach out quickly.
Why is COD not available?
- Service not available in your area
- Prepaid-only offers or coupons
- Too many past cancellations/returns
- Already having 2 active COD orders
Can’t add items to your bag?
- Check if the product is in stock
- Refresh or update your app/browser

02. Delivery
My order is shipped but not delivered yet?
Track it using the link shared via SMS or in My Orders.
If it’s past the delivery date, reach out on WhatsApp.
Didn’t receive order confirmation?
Check My Orders in your account.
Still missing? Ping us on WhatsApp — we’ll sort it.
Order shows delivered, but I didn’t get it?
First, check with:
- Neighbours / security
- Reception (for offices)
Still not found? Contact us on WhatsApp immediately.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once placed, it can’t be changed.
👉 Cancel & reorder with the correct address (before dispatch).
Can I change my phone number?
Reach out to us on WhatsApp with your order details — we’ll help.
Received something wrong or unexpected?
Sorry about that 🙏
Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll fix it ASAP.
Missed your delivery?
No stress — delivery will be attempted again (usually up to 3 times).
03. Payments
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways — your data is safe.
Any hidden charges?
Nope. What you see is what you pay.
Payment failed but money got deducted?
Don’t stress — it’ll be refunded to your account within 3–5 working days.
You can try again using another payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Can I use an international card?
Currently, we only accept Indian payment methods.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
First Pay ₹100 (COD) order handling charges and then pay balance when your order arrives.
- Available on selected pincode
- Max order value: ₹3000
Are there COD charges?
Yes, a ₹100 handling fee applies to all COD orders.
Is there a limit on COD orders?
- Max ₹3000 per order
- Limited number of COD orders allowed at a time
Are COD charges refundable?
No, COD charges are non-refundable (only refunded in rare cases if it’s our fault).
Will Yepperz ever ask for my OTP or card details?
Never. We only ask for basic details like name, phone & address.
👉 Don’t share OTP, CVV, or passwords with anyone.
Self-shipped a return? How do I get refunded?
- Keep your courier receipt
- Share it via WhatsApp/chat with your Order ID
- Once verified, refund is processed after quality check
04. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery (if eligible).
How will I get my refund?
- Prepaid → back to your original payment method
- COD → Yepperz Wallet credits
Why COD order refund to Yepperz Wallet Credits?
Refunds will be issued as Yepperz™ Wallet credits to support our bootstrapped operations and reinvest in product quality.
Any return charges?
₹50 will be deducted as return pickup fee.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, but only once per order (subject to availability).
⚠️ Important, Received a damaged or wrong item?
Report within 24 hours with an unboxing video (recommended).
Order during sale?
Only exchange allowed, no returns.
What items are not eligible for return?
- Worn or used products
- Items without tags
- Special drops / offer items (return not allowed)
Package looks tampered?
Don’t accept it — report immediately.

Out of stock? Will it come back?

We do limited drops. If it’s gone, it’s usually gone.

Regular fit vs Oversized fit?
- Regular: Clean, body-fit look
- Oversized: Loose, boxy, streetwear vibe
Are Yepperz T-shirts unisex?
Yes — made for everyone.
Why does the product look slightly different in real?
Lighting + screen settings can change colors a bit.
Print size may also vary slightly by size — that’s normal.
