Refund policy

YEPPERZ™ – RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Yepperz, every piece is crafted with care. As a limited-drop, bootstrapped brand, we aim to balance customer satisfaction with fair usage of our policies.

1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor delivery in real-time.

2. RETURN POLICY

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Applicable only on unused, unworn products with tags intact

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought during sale / limited drops / special offers

  • Items marked “No Return” on product page

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • COD Orders: Refunded as Yepperz Wallet credits

Return Charges

  • ₹50 return pickup fee (deducted from refund)

Refund Timeline

  • After QC approval → processed within 5–7 working days

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility

  • Exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery

  • Only size exchange allowed (same product)

  • Only one exchange per order

Process

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (serviceable areas only)

  • Exchange processed after quality check approval

Important

  • If size is unavailable → store credit issued

  • Price difference:

    • Higher price → pay difference

    • Lower price → balance as wallet credit

     

 4. DAMAGED / WRONG / MISSING PRODUCT

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share unboxing video + images (mandatory for claims)

Claims will be rejected if:

  • No unboxing proof

  • Reported after 24 hours

  • Product shows signs of use

5. REVERSE PICKUP CONDITIONS

  • Pickup attempted 2–3 times

  • If unsuccessful → customer must self-ship

  • Return shipping reimbursement only if issue is valid

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped → cancellation not possible

Cancellation Refund

  • Prepaid → refunded to original method

  • COD → no charges applicable

7. FAILED DELIVERY / RTO (Return to Origin)

If order is returned due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept

Then:

  • Reshipping charges may apply

  • COD option may be restricted for future orders

8. POLICY MISUSE & RESTRICTIONS

Yepperz reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns after QC failure

  • Block COD for repeated returns/cancellations

  • Deny service for suspicious activity

9. QUALITY CHECK (QC)

All returns go through QC.

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Used / washed

  • Missing tags

  • Damaged by customer

10. FINAL NOTES

  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued only on amount paid

  • Yepperz reserves the right to modify this policy
