• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999

• ₹50 shipping fee on orders below ₹999

• ₹100 COD handling fee on all Cash on Delivery orders

• 5% discount on prepaid orders

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days

• All products go through a quality check before dispatch

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner

Peak Periods

During sales, new drops, or holidays, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer due to high demand.

• COD is available only on select pincodes

If delivery fails due to:

• Customer unavailable

• Incorrect address

• Refusal to accept

The order may be returned to us (RTO):

• Reshipping charges may apply

• COD option may be restricted for future orders
