• We follow a limited drop model, so items may not be restocked.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Shipping and COD charges (if any) are clearly mentioned at checkout.
• Payments are processed through secure gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2 working days (may vary during peak periods).
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics factors.
• Yepperz is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are accepted as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and with tags intact. 
• Items purchased during sale or special offers may not be eligible for return. 
• Refunds for COD orders are issued as Yepperz™ Wallet credits.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

• Slight variations in color or print may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
• Product placement/print may vary slightly based on size.

Misuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse orders or returns in case of:

• Suspicious activity

• Repeated cancellations/returns

• Misuse of policies

All returned items go through a quality check before approval.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

Report within 24 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video recommended).

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
